Hans has spent over a decade in the construction industry working in a various number of trades on projects of all shapes and sizes. This broad exposure helped lay the foundation for what would become Bauman Construction Group. From designing to problem solving, Hans loves the construction process. His passion is to produce a high-quality product that pays tribute to even the smallest details. When he isn’t working, Hans enjoys smoking meat, playing basketball, and spending time with family and friends. Cassi has spent much of her career in a customer service role, for which she has always had a passion. She helps Hans with a lot of the behind the scenes work, but whether it’s keeping books or assisting with styling suggestions, her fingerprints are all over the business. When she isn’t working, she is probably in the kitchen making something delicious or hanging out with her dogs.
